饮用水中钡含量分析实验室质量控制

摘要 目的建立饮用水中钡含量测定实验室内质量控制方法,保证分析实验处于受控状态,确保检测数据的准确可靠。方法以国家标准检测方法[1](无火焰子吸收分光光度法)为基础,应用空白值控制图,均值-减差控制图表及回收率控制图等方法[2],达到控制分析质量的目的。结果质量控制图空白值吸光度控制限珔x±3Sb为0.0186^-0.0300;控制样均值上下控制限珔x±A2R为46.5μg/L和35.6μg/L;减差值控制限为0^-9.45μg/L;回收率控制限珔x±3sp为103.2%和92.4%。结论采用本法控制实验室内分析质量,应用于生活饮用水中钡含量分析,结果满意。 Objective To establish an laboratory internal quality control method for the determination of barium in the drinking water,so as to ensure the analytical data credible and meet the quality requirements. Methods The analysis was carried out by GFAAS based on the national standard method,and the quality of which was controlled by using a series of control charts such as blank test,mean range control(x-R),and recovery test. Results The control limit(x ±3s)of blank absorbance and recovery test was 0.018 6-0.030 0and 92.4%-103.2% respectively.For mean range control test,the control limits of mean(x±A2R)range from 35.6-46.5μg/L,while the limit of control value was 0-9.45μg/L. Conclusion The method of quality control chart can be satisfactorily applied to control analytical quality in the determination of barium in drinking water.
