鼻腔鼻窦畸胎癌肉瘤一例 被引量：2

Sinonasal terato carcinosarcoma: one case report

摘要 患者男,47岁,因“反复右鼻腔出血伴鼻阻2余月”于2014年1月4日入院。2余月前患者无明显诱因出现右鼻腔反复出血,量较少,可自止,伴鼻阻,无嗅觉减退、头昏、头痛、脓涕、眼痛、视力减退及复视等症状。于外院就诊,行鼻部CT示：右侧额窦、上颌窦、筛窦、蝶窦及右侧鼻腔内见软组织影充填,
