乙肝患者血小板指标及生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子轴的变化观察

Observation on the changes of platelet indexes and growth hormone and insulinlike growth factor axis of patients with hepatitis B

目的观察及研究乙肝患者血小板指标及生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子轴的变化情况,为乙肝的诊治提供参考依据。方法选取2015年1月-2016年4月医院接受治疗45例乙肝患者为观察组,并选取同时期45名同龄健康者为对照组,比较两组人员的临床指标,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组血小板参数PLT、MPV及PDW水平分别为(152.84±16.33)×109/L、(11.25±1.20)fl及(14.30±1.45)%,其均差于对照组,血小板活化指标均高于对照组,血清生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子轴指标均差于对照组,且观察组中不同HBV-DNA载量患者的上述检测指标存在明显差异,评估结果间均有显著性差异。结论乙肝患者血小板指标及生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子轴呈现明显异常的状态,且HBV-DNA病毒载量对其表达影响较大,应给予充分的重视与干预。

OBJECTIVE To observe and study the changes of platelet indexes and growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor axis of patients with hepatitis B,so as to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B.METHODS A total of 45 patients with hepatitis B in our hospital from Jan.2015 to Apr.2016 were selected as observation group,45 healthy persons of the same age were selected as control group,then the clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.RESULTS The platelet parameters PLT,MPV and PDW of observation group were（152.84±16.33）×10^9/L,（11.25±1.20）fl and（14.30±1.45）%,respectively,which were all worse than those of control group.The platelet activation indexes of observation group were all higher than those of control group,the serum growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor axis indexes were all worse than those of control group,and those detection indexes of observation group with different HBVDNA load had significant differences.CONCLUSION The platelet indexes and growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor axis of patients with hepatitis B show obviously differences,and the influence of HBV-DNA load for the expression is great,so they should be paid enough attention and intervention.
