细胞因子检测在心肌梗死合并肺部感染患者中的应用及与心肌酶谱的关系

Application of cytokines detection in myocardial infarction patients with pulmonary infection and its relationship with myocardial enzyme

目的探讨细胞因子检测在心肌梗死合并肺部感染患者中的表达及其与心肌酶谱间的关系,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2015年5月-2016年5月428例患者,其中合并肺部感染患者125例为感染组和未合并感染患者191例为未感染组,其他肺部感染患者112例为对照组;采用Pearson检验分析其与血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)表达的关系。结果感染组血清IL-2、IL-6、Ang-2和TNF-α水平明显高于未感染组和对照组(P<0.05);经Pearson检验,感染组患者血清IL-2、IL-6、Ang-2和TNF-α水平与血清AST、LDH、CK和CKMB水平呈显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死合并肺部感染患者血清IL-2、IL-6、Ang-2和TNF-α水平与心肌酶谱呈现一定的相关性,更有助于判断急性心肌梗死合并肺部感染状况。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the expression of cytokines in myocardial infarction patients with pulmonary infection and its relationship with myocardial enzyme,so as to provide references for clinical treatment.METHODS From May 2015 to May 2016,428 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients were selected,of which pulmonary infection patients with 125 cases were set as infection group,non-infection patients with 191 cases were set as noninfection group,and 112 cases of other pulmonary infection patients were set as control group.Their relationship with expression of serum aspartate aminotransferase（AST）,lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）,creatine kinase（CK）,and creatine kinase MB（CKMB）were analyzed by Pearson test.RESULTS Serum levels of IL-2,IL-6,Ang-2and TNF-αin infection group were significantly higher than those in non-infection group and control group（P〈0.05）.By Pearson test,levels of IL-2,IL-6,Ang-2and TNF-αin infection group were significantly correlated with levels of AST,LDH,CK and CKMB（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONSerum levels of IL-2,IL-6,Ang-2and TNF-αhave some relationship with myocardial enzyme,which can better reflect the status of myocardial infarction with pulmonary infection.
