甲状腺清洁手术围手术期应用抗菌药物预防感染的安全性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺清洁手术围手术期不预防性应用抗菌药物的安全性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择2015年1月-2016年1月医院行甲状腺清洁手术患者1 024例作为研究对象,根据患者围手术期是否应用抗菌药物分为观察组784例和对照组240例;观察比较两组患者临床指标。结果两组患者的术后感染率比较差异无统计学意义;两组术后1天和术后3天发热比例比较差异均无统计学意义;两组术后1天和术后3天体温比较差异均无统计学意义;两组患者术后血白细胞计数和中性粒细胞比例比较差异没有统计学意义;两组患者术后伤口引流时间、住院天数比较差异均无统计学意义。结论甲状腺清洁手术围手术期不预防性应用抗菌药物并不增加感染的概率,甲状腺清洁手术围手术期不预防性应用抗菌药物是安全的。 OBJECTIVE To explore the security of non-preventive application of antibiotics during perioperative period of thyroid clean surgery,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 1024 cases of thyroid clean surgical patients in our hospital were selected for the study,and divided into observation group(784cases)and control group(240cases)according to whether used antibiotics during perioperative period.The clinical indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.RESULTS The difference of patients' postoperative infection rates of the two groups was not significant.The difference of postoperative fever rates at the 1st day and 3rd day of the two groups was not significant.The difference of postoperative body temperature at the 1st day and 3rd day of the two groups was not significant.The difference of postoperative white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage of the two groups was not significant.The difference of postoperative wound drainage time and the hospital stay time of the two groups was not significant.CONCLUSION Non-preventive application of antibiotics during perioperative period of thyroid clean surgery does not increase infection rate,and it is safe.
