配液中心摆药筐清洁消毒方法的对比研究

Comparative study on different cleaning disinfection methods to medicine box in PIVAS

目的对配液中心摆药筐的清洗消毒方法进行对比研究,为患者提供安全的输液成品。方法取每日常规摆药时使用前后的160个摆药筐,平均分为两组分别清洁消毒,实验A组80个采用含氯消毒液浸泡手工洗刷消毒,实验B组80个采用消毒纸巾清洁消毒,于每日清洁消毒前、后进行ATP荧光检测并同时进行统计分析。结果实验A组清洁消毒后目测洁净度和ATP含量的合格率分别为91.25%和97.5%,差异无统计学意义;实验B组清洁消毒后目测洁净度和ATP含量的合格率分别是100%和98.0%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论配液中心常用摆药筐污染较重,应及时进行医疗摆药筐的清洁消毒,以提高药品配置的合格率。

OBJECTIVE To compare and study the different cleaning disinfection methods to medicine box in pharmacy intravenous admixture services（PIVAS）so as to provide safe infusion products for patients.METHODS A total of 160 medicine boxes used by medical stuff as daily routine way were collected,which were divided into two even groups with disinfection methods respectively,group A 80 ones were put in chlorine disinfectant liquid soaking way for medicine boxes with manual washing way for disinfection,and group B 80 ones were used antisepsis paper for clean and disinfection.The ATP fluorescence detection was conducted before and after the clean and disinfection everyday,which was under statistically analysis.RESULTS The visual cleanliness after disinfection and the qualified rate of ATP content in experimental group A were 91.25%and 97.5%respectively,and there was no significant difference.The visual cleanliness after disinfection and the qualified rate of ATP content in experimental group B were 100% and 98.0% respectively.Comparing the two groups,the difference had significance（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe pollution of medicine boxes is serious in PIVAS,which should be cleaned and disinfected in time so as to raise the qualified rate of drug configuration.
