摘要
目的了解延边地区住院医师基层医疗卫生机构就业意愿及影响因素,为本地区基层医疗卫生机构吸引住院医师提供参考依据。方法采取便利整群抽样方法,对某国家住院医师规范化培训基地169名住院医师进行问卷调查。结果住院医师不愿意到基层医疗卫生机构就业占40.8%,非常不愿意占21.9%。主要原因是基层医疗卫生机构不利于临床技能的提高,不利于自身学术的发展,收入、福利低等。经回归分析,朝鲜族住院医师更不愿意到基层医疗卫生机构工作,主要缘于朝鲜族住院医师学历高(P<0.05)。结论本地区住院医师规范化培训毕业后到基层医疗卫生机构就业意愿低,建议当地卫生部门从宏观政策上加以引导。
OBJECTIVE To understand the employment intention and influencing factors of medical resident' s primary medical and health institutions in Yanbian. It provided references for Yanbian primary medical and health institutions to attract medical residents. METHODS Using convenience cluster sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey on 169 medical residents on the basis of standardized resident' s training in hospital. RESULTS 40.8% medical residents were not willing to be employed by the basis of prima- ry medical and health institutions, 21.9% not at all. The main reason for that was the primary medical and health institutions ware not encouraging improvement of clinical skills and personal academic development, and medical residents receive a low income and wel- fare, etc.. According to regression analysis, Korean medical residents were more resistive to go to the primary medical and health institutions due to which they own high degree(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION After the graduation from the standardized residents training in hospital, the employment intention of working in the basis of primary medical and health institutions was still low in this local area. It suggested that local health department give guidance from the macro policy.
