河南省城市常住居民血糖水平分析

Analysis on the Blood Glucose Distribution among Urban Dwellers in Henan Province

目的了解河南省城市常住居民的血糖水平及其相关影响因素。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法，抽取15～74岁城市地区常住居民7588人进行问卷调查、体格测量和实验室检测。结果7588名城市居民糖尿病患病率为9．26％，新发患病率为4．88％，糖尿病患病率随着年龄增长呈升高趋势，年龄每增加10岁糖尿病患病风险增加79．2％；有糖尿病家族史者患病率为15．74％，是无家族史者的2．44倍；空腹血糖为（5．58±1．30）mmol／L，餐后血糖为（6．46±2．34）mmol／L，其中糖尿病人群空腹血糖为（8．22±2．75）mmol／L，餐后血糖为（12．61±4．58）mmol／L；体质指数、腰围与血糖水平呈正相关关系，腰围每增加5cm空腹血糖增加0．05mmol／L，餐后血糖增加0．12mmol／L；体质指数每增加1个单位空腹血糖增加0．04mmol／L，餐后血糖增加0．11mmol／L。结论河南省城市居民糖尿病患病率增长速度较快，血糖水平与身体肥胖指标关联度大，应以控制体重为目标。加强糖尿病干预。

OBJECTIVE To explore the blood glucose level and related risk factors of urban residents in Henan Province. METHODS A multi-stage stratified random cluster sample was used in 15-74 years old urban residents dwellers. All of 7 588 participants were surveyed by questionnaire, physical measurement, laboratory examination. RESULTS Of 7 588 urban residents, the prevalence rate of diabetes was 9.26%, and new detected diabetes was 4.88%, which increased by age, for each 10-year rose, diabetes risk increased by 79.2%. The family history of diabetes prevalence rate was 15.74%, which was 2.44 times than those of no family history. Fasting blood glucose was （5.58±1.30） mmol/L, postprandial blood glucose was （6.46-＋2.34） mmol/L, which the corresponding were （8.22±2.75） mmol/L, （12.61±4.58）mmol/L in those diabetics. The correlation of body mass index （BMI）, waist circumference and blood glucose levels were positive. Each waist circumference with 5 cm larger showed 0.05 mmol/L and 0.12 mmol/L in fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose; each BMI with one unit larger showed 0.04mmol/L and 0.11mmol/L. CONCLUSION The prevalence of diabetes mellitus among urban residents in Henan province was increasing rapidly. The correlation of blood glucose level and obesity index were significant, it should take action focusing on weight management.
