针对一起220kV某变电站220kV母线保护误动事故,通过对本变电站动作的220 kV母线和两条220kV线路等一次设备和二次回路及保护装置做全面的检验,对继电保护动作的过程和事故录波报告进行详细的分析,确定厂家二次配线错误是本次母线保护装置误动的根本原因,并提出了针对性的处理办法和整改措施。

This paper reviews a 220kVbus relay maloperation in a 220kV transformer substation. Through an overall inspection of the 220kV bus and two 220kV power lines, including all the primary equipments, secondary circuits and relay device and through the particular analysis with regard to the relay acting process and wave recorded report, it conforms that it is the fundamental cause for the error of the bus protection device to determine the two time distribution error of the factory, and put forward some measures to deal with it.
