摘要
针对地下指挥工程防护效能的评估问题,通过对地下指挥工程防护常规武器攻击效能影响的各个因素进行分析,提出了基于熵理论和层次分析法(AHP)的防护效能评估数学模型。通过建立判断矩阵进行相应计算,求出各个元素的权重值,并检验一致性。而确定工程防护效能的关键是计算各分系统在外界因素影响下的比重值,即通过熵理论模型进行计算。根据熵理论公式,对比熵理论与工程效能的关系,计算结果比较合理,为工程防护效能评估提供了可靠的依据。
Aiming at the problems of underground command protection engineering effectiveness evaluation, the factors of underground command engineering against conventional weapons attacks were analyzed, the mathematical model of the protection effectiveness based on entropy theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was put forward. By establishing the judgment matrix, the weight value of each element was calculated and the consistency was tested. The key to determine the effectiveness of engineering protection was to calculate the proportion of each subsystem under the influence of external factors, which was calculated by the entropy theory model. According to the entropy theory formula, the relationship between the entropy theory and the engineering efficiency was concluded that the calculation results are reasonable, which can provide a reliable basis for the evaluation of engineering protection effectiveness.
