摘要 针对传统实装维修训练效率低、周期长,且沉浸式虚拟设备成本高昂、不易普及等问题,设计了一种基于Unity3D引擎的桌面式虚拟维修训练系统。选取典型通信装备为研究对象,采用3DS Max和Solidworks对装备模型、维修工具和零部件建模,建立测量仪器显示数据库和装备零部件数据库,通过Unity3D内置的图形用户界面(GUI)系统构建虚拟维修操作界面及交互场景,利用Java Script与C#的交互脚本、碰撞检测及触发模型、Animation动画系统、iTween可编辑寻路设定、粒子系统和纹理变化等关键技术,实现了以装备浏览和维修仿真为核心的桌面式虚拟维修系统。结果表明,该维修系统具备良好的操作便利性和扩展移植性,能够满足基层人员对装备日常维修训练的需求。 For the problem of low efficiency and long cycle in traditional real equipment maintenance training, as well as high cost with limited popularity to immersive virtual device, a desktop virtual maintenance training system based on Unity3D engine was designed. Typical communication equipment was selected as the research object, 3DS Max and Solidworks were applied to build models including equipment, maintenance tools and parts, databases of measuring parameter display and equipment parts were set, Unity3D built-in Graphical User Interface (GUI) system was used to build the virtual maintenance operation interface and interactive scenes, then the key technologies were used including interactive control with lavaScript and C# scripts, collision detection and trigger model, animation system, setting of iTween editable path-finding, particle system and texture change etc., to realize the desktop virtual maintenance system which took equipment browser and maintenance simulation as the core. The results show that the maintenance system has good operating convenience and extending portability, and can meet the demand of equipment daily maintenance training for ordinary staff.
