摘要
随着社会的进步,垃圾围城、可回收物与不可回收物混装、可回收物分类回收不彻底的现象日趋严重。为了更好地解决上述问题,对现有的智能回收系统及针对三类主要可回收物设置的回收装置(包括饮料瓶回收装置、电池回收装置、图书回收装置)的技术现状和特点进行了简要的分析,分别指出了现有装置中所存在的问题。主要针对可回收物的识别问题、二次污染问题、高能耗问题提出了相应的解决方案,同时提出了集多种类物品回收与处理于一套装置的技术方案。该技术方案中提出的装置能够高效地对可回收物进行分类,并且能够实时进行加工处理。
With the development of the society, the problems that the city is besieged by garbage, recyclable and unrecyclable materials are dumped into the same garbage and classified recovery of recyclables are not thorough are becoming more and more serious. In order to resolve the above problems, the smart recovery system and the technology status and characteristics of three recovery devices for different recyclable materials were introduced mainly, which included beverage bottle recycling device, battery recycling device, and book recycling device. Meanwhile, some disadvantages of these devices were presented. Then focusing on identification problem of recoverable objects, secondary pollution and high-energy consumption was put forward the corresponding solutions. Finally, the technical scheme of recovery and treatment of recyclables were integrated in one device. The proposed scheme can classify recyclables efficiently and the recyclables can be processed in real-time.
