Measures and Suggestions on Boosting Prefabricated Building Capacity Building in Shanghai

上海地区装配式建筑发展能力的问题集中表现在装配式建筑成本过高,装配式建筑质量控制难度大等方面。本文针对上海装配式建筑能力的瓶颈和不足,主要包括从事建筑工业化人才能力不足、建筑工业化标准化能力不足、设计施工一体化能力不足、监督和管理能力不足等方面,进行调研和分析,提出针对性的建议和措施。

The problem of the prefabricated construction development ability in Shanghai area concentrated in the cost is too high and it was difficult to control quality of prefabricated construction,etc. This paper focused on bottlenecks and insufficient of Shanghai prefabricated construction ability,did research and analysis on engaged in architectural industrialization ability insufficiency,the industrial standardization ability insufficiency,the integration of design and construction ability insufficiency,the supervision and management ability insufficiency,put forward corresponding suggestions and measures.
