摘要
铝合金模板技术符合国家绿色施工政策要求,该技术的关键之一便是拆模时间点的把握,合理利用早拆技术可以提高铝合金模板的周转速率并降低施工造价,而盲目早拆可能引发严重的工程事故。通过对铝合金模板早拆过程中每一阶段混凝土楼盖的受力进行分析,给出了一种简便的早拆设计方法。
Aluminum alloy formwork technology conforms to the national policy for green construction. One of the key points to this technology is the stripping time. It can improve the turnover rate and reduce the construction cost by rational utilization early stripping technology,otherwise it may cause serious engineering accident. This paper gave a simple design method of early stripping technology for alloy formwork by analyzing the stress change of concrete floor in every stage.
