摘要
介绍了国内首部作为装配式结构"绿色骨骼"的质量控制标准——北京市地方标准DB11/T 1312-2015《预制混凝土构件质量控制标准》(以下简称"《标准》")的修订背景和总体修订情况,并解析了《标准》各章节的结构层次及其主要内容,特别对近年来需求逐渐增多的带面砖或石材饰面的预制构件、夹心外墙板和彩色混凝土预制构件等新产品涉及到的原材料和生产质量控制的关键点进行了规定,还对其中有关控制指标等主要条款的来源或出处给予了说明,总结了《标准》在写作结构和质量控制方面的主要创新点。
This paper introduced revised background and overall of Beijing local standard ＂Standard for Quality Control of Precast Reinforced Concrete Elements＂（DB11/T 1312-2015）. Precast reinforced concrete elements were considered as ＂green bone＂ of precast concrete structure,this standard was domestic first quality control standard of them. Its structure,main contents and key points of quality control rules of kinds of new precast reinforced concrete elements were all described about the standard. Moreover,how to determine the main technical specifications of the standard were explained.
