摘要 通过水泥胶砂性能试验,系统分析组成DW-n防裂抗渗材料的粉体材料和纤维对胶砂拌合物性能和强度影响规律;通过基准水泥混凝土试验,系统对比3种防裂抗渗材料对混凝土拌合物性能、力学性能和耐久性能的影响规律。与具有防裂抗渗功能的HEA、JX-1相比,DW-n抗裂防渗材料对混凝土拌合物坍落度有一定负面影响,对混凝土凝结时间、泌水率无影响;掺加DW-n抗裂防渗材料可改善混凝土抗冻性能、早期抗裂性能以及抗水渗透性能,整体性能优异。 Through the test of the performance of mortar,this paper made a systematic analysis of performance and intensity effect law influenced by powder material and fiber of DW-n crack permeability material;and through the test of the benchmark cement concrete to compare concrete mixture properties,mechanical properties and durability among three kinds of crack permeability material. It showed that DW-n crack seepage control material had certain negative effects on concrete mixture slump compared with HEA and JX-1 with functions of arrange-designing permeability,and had no effect on setting time of concrete,exudation rate;percolating-proof materials mixed with DW-n could improve the frost resistance of concrete performance,the early crack resistance and resistance to water penetration performance,which had excellent overall performance.
