核电工程的设备采购不符合项管理,不但直接影响到设备的质量,而且影响到核电工程建设的进度、费用等方面,为保障设备的质量及后续工程建设的顺利进行,必须加强设备采购过程中的不符合项管理。针对目前越来越普遍的项目总承包管理模式,应根据EPC总承包模式的采购特点,采取适宜的管理方法对不符合项进行控制,保证质量的同时且能够兼顾效率,为核电项目提供优质、高效的采购服务。
