异形装配用塑件热流道注射模设计

摘要 分析了异形装配用塑件的工艺特点,介绍了此塑件热流道注射模结构设计和工作过程。该模具通过两个二级热唧咀实现一模四腔,采用斜导柱侧向抽芯机构成型塑件的两侧盲孔,铲机驱动滑块成型塑件中部通孔,并通过多个复位弹簧实现顶出系统和抽芯系统的复位。模具结构紧凑、合理,运行可靠。 The technological characteristic of speeial-shapad plastic shell for assembling were analyzed. The structural design and operating process of the hot runner injection mold for the part were introduced, in which tow second level hot sprue bushings were applied and four cavities in a mold were realized. The side core pulling mechanism of inclined guide pillar was used to form the blind hole on both sides of the plastic shell and the wedge and sliding block was used to form through hole in the middle of the plastic shell.Reset of ejection system and core pulling system was realized by using multiple reset spring.The mold structure is rational and safe in operation.
