摘要 以某型自动液力变速器高速开关电磁阀为研究对象,针对建模和开关阀部分主要参数对响应特性的影响进行了研究。分析高速开关阀的工作原理,建立了机械、电路和磁路数学模型,运用AMEsim软件建立了高速开关阀仿真模型,并分析了线圈匝数、励磁电压、介质压力等参数对高速开关阀位移响应的影响。仿真结果与性能检测试验数据对比表明,仿真模型能够比较准确地描述开关阀的动态性能,为高速开关阀特性和参数优化的研究提供理论参考。 The issue of modeling and simulation of a kind of high speed on-off valve used for a certain automatic hydraulic transmission. The working principle of the valve are introduced. According to the analysis of the principle of the high speed on-off valve, the mathematical model of mechanical, electric circuit and magnetic circuit was built and the simulation model of the valve was built by use of the software AMESim. The influences of number of windings circle, exciting voltage on the dynamic response characteristics of the valve are analyzed. The comparison between the test data and simulation analytic results indicates the validity of the AMESim model. Simulation results provide a theoretical reference for the high speed on-off valve characteristics research and parameter optimization.
