摘要 在再热蒸汽烟温挡板改造基础上对挡板控制程序进行优化,解决了运行过程中烟气挡板轴承因环境温度高、灰尘大频繁卡涩这一难题,减少了烟温挡板的非线性对再热汽温控制精度的影响、再热汽温调节品质达到优良,对机组安全、稳定、经济运行具有重要意义。 Smoke in the reheat steam temperature flap reconstruction based on optimize the damper control program, to solve the running process of flue gas damper bearing due to environment temperature is high, the problem of frequent jamming at dust big, reduce the smoke temperature baffle of the nonlinear effect of reheat steam temperature control precision, reheat steam temperature regulation, to fine quality on safety, stable and economic operation of units is of great significance.
