摘要
为了探究液化残渣中灰分对型焦抗压强度的影响,分析了液化残渣与低变质粉煤制备的型焦抗压强度及产品收率的变化情况,并利用热重分析、红外分析对产品进行了检测。结果表明,液化残渣起到黏结剂的作用,灰分是焦炭中的有害物质,通过对比脱灰前后的DCLR与SJC制备的型焦,其抗压强度有较大的差异,差值最大可达200 N;煤直接液化残渣中含有大量的氢键,其在热解的过程中会起到供氢的作用,形成挥发分,使失重量增加,从而导致焦收率减小,而焦油和热解气体的提高,对于液化残渣和低变质粉煤的综合利用具有重要的意义。
To investigate the effects of ash on the compressive strength of formed coke,the compressive strength and pyrolysis produets yield of formed cokes which were prepared with low rank coal and liquefaction residue were analyzed. The pyrolysis products were characterized by FTIR and TGA. The results showed that the liquefaelion residue enhanced the compressive strength,while the ash was hazard for formed eoke. Experimental investigation showed that there were big differences in the compressive strength between coke preparation of SIC with DCLR hetore and after de-ashing,and the maximum difference was up to 200 N. Affected hy the hydrogen-donor effeet of DCLR,the yield of formed coke decreased,while the yields of gas and tar increased.
