单相全桥光伏并网逆变器的软开关技术研究

摘要 传统的光伏并网逆变器采用硬开关模式,其功率开关器件的开关损耗大,效率低,发热多,电磁干扰也很严重。为了解决上述问题,将零电压转换软开关技术应用于光伏并网逆变器;在介绍两级无隔离单相全桥并网逆变器之后,对软开关的工作机理进行分析,并设计了相关参数;最后,利用试验证明了软开关技术的可行性。 The traditional photovoltaic grid connected inverter adopts hard switching mode,the power switch device has large switching loss, low efficiency, high heat generation and serious electromagnetic interference. In order to solve the above problems,the paper applies the zero voltage soft switching technology to the grid connected photovoltaic inverter. After introducing the two level non isolated single phase full bridge grid connected inverter,the working mechanism of the soft switch is analyzed,and the related parameters are designed. Finally,the feasibility of soft switching technology is proved by experiments.
