摘要
目的基于数据挖掘分析古代通便方剂的用药配伍规律。方法检索第5版《中华医典》中含通便内容的方剂,并根据纳入标准和排除标准进行筛选;在信息标准化处理后建立相应的方剂数据库;使用IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1软件对其进行分析。结果筛选出古代通便方剂共423首,分为汤、丸、散等多种剂型,涉及234味中药;大黄出现频率最高达210次,占总处方数的49.65%;频率最高的药对为大黄、蜂蜜,共出现151次;3味中药组合中出现频率最高的为大黄、麻子仁、蜂蜜,共出现56次。结论通过用药频次统计和Apriori算法模型等分析古代医籍文献中通便方剂的剂型、用药及其配伍规律,为现代临床用药及药物研发提供借鉴和参考。
Objective To analyze the compatibility rules of ancient herbal formulas used for purgation based on data-mining treatment. Methods The ancient prescriptions for the purpose of purgation were retrieved from the fifth edition of "Classic of Traditional Chinese Medicine " and selected according to the inclusion and exclusion standards,and then were processed with information standardization to set up the database of prescriptions and analyzed with the software of IBM SPSS Modeler 14. 1. Results423 ancient prescriptions for purgation were selected with different kinds of formulas,such as decoction,bolus and powder,and involving 234 kinds of herbs,Dahuang( Rhubarb) showed the highest frequency of 210 times,accounting to 49. 65% of the total.Dahuang( Rhubarb) and honey were the highest in frequency of the paired herbs appearing 151 times. Dahuang( Rhubarb),Huomaren( cannabis semen) and honey appeared 56 times, being the highest frequency of the three-herb combinations.Conclusion Through using the methods of frequent item sets and Apriori Algorthm,the formula types,selection of herbs and the compatibility rules of the herbs for purgation in the ancient literature were analyzed,which can provide a reference for the clinical selection of herbs and RD of new drugs nowadays.
