中西药内服联合针灸加刺络拔罐放血治疗带状疱疹肝经郁热证疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicines and western drugs taken orally in combination with acupuncture and cupping with bleeding on the treatment of herpes zoster due to stagnant heat in the liver meridian

目的探讨治疗带状疱疹及其后遗神经痛疗效确切、安全、经济、易推广的中西医结合疗法。方法将60例带状疱疹患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片与中药,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合针灸加刺络拔罐放血,疗程均为7天。结果治疗组的止疱时间、开始结痂时间、50%结痂时间、全部结痂时间、脱痂时间、止痛时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。30天后治疗组后遗神经痛发生率为3.33%,对照组为16.67%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组为80.00%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药内服联合针灸加刺络拔罐放血疗法治疗带状疱疹疗效较好,可减少后遗神经痛的发生。

Objective To investigate the integrative medicine therapy which is safe,economic,easily promoted with confirmed effectiveness for the treatment of herpes zoster and post-herpetic neuralgia（ PHN）. Methods 60 cases of patients with herpes zoster were randomized into the treatment group and the control group according to the table of random number of 30 in each one. The control group was asked to take valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets and Chinese herbal medicines orally and the treatment group was also asked to take the same ones together with acupuncture and cupping with bleeding,the treatment duration of both group was 7 days. Results The extinction time of blisters,the beginning time of scabbing,the time of 50% scabbing,the time of totally scabbing,the time of falling cut,the time of stopping pain were all shortened than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After 30 days,the occurrence rate of postherpetic neuralgia in the treatment group was 3. 33% and that in the control group was 16. 67%,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 93. 33% and 80. 00% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Internal taking Chinese herbal medicines and western drugs in combination with acupuncture and cupping with bleeding have good therapeutic effect on herpes zoster and can reduce the occurrence of post-herpetic neuralgia.
