摘要
目的探讨乌龙丹对大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的治疗作用。方法取成年SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、蛛网膜下腔出血模型组以及乌龙丹组。蛛网膜下腔出血模型制备成功后5 d,取出基底动脉及周边组织,染色,分析测量基底动脉血管3个部位管腔周长及血管壁厚。并在镜下观察其病理切片。结果 3组大鼠脑血流量、基底动脉管径、管壁厚度测量结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。基底动脉切片显示乌龙丹能够缓解蛛网膜下腔出血后血管痉挛。结论乌龙丹治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛具有一定的作用,机制可能与增加脑血管流量,减少脑血管刺激因子等有关。
Objective To explore the effect of Wulongdan on cerebral vasospasm( CVS) of model rats after subarachnoid hemorrhage( SAH). Methods Adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups:sham,SAH and Wulongdan. Five days after SAH modeling,the basilar artery and peripheral tissue were stained with hematoxylin and eoesin. The luminal perimeter of the basilar artery and wall thickness were measured. The pathological tissue sections of the basilar artery were observed under an optical microscope. Results There was statistially significant difference between the three groups in cerebral blood flow,the luminal perimeter of the basilar artery,and artery wall thickness. Wulongdan significantly increased the diameter of the basilar artery and reduced the thickness of the artery wall after ASH modeling under the optical microscope. Conclusion Wulongdan can alleviate CVS by increasing the cerebral vascular flow,reducing cerebral vascular stimulation factors,and improving neurological functions after SAH.
