摘要
目的建立抗荨丸中胡薄荷酮的RP-HPLC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Wonda Sil C18-WR(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(60∶40);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:252 nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:10μl。结果胡薄荷酮质量浓度在2.53~25.3μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=1)。平均加样回收率为98.88%,RSD为0.97%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、测定结果准确、重复性好,可用于抗荨丸中胡薄荷酮的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC quantitative method for determination of pulegon in Kangxun pills. Methods The content of pulegon in the preparation was determined by HPLC. The separation was performed on a Wonda Sil C18-WR( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water( 60∶ 40) at the detection wavelength of 252 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃,the flow rate was 1. 0ml·min^-1 and sample volume was 10 μl. Results The linearity of pulegon was good within the range of 2. 53-25. 3μg·ml^-1( r = 1). The average recovery was 98. 88%,while RSD was 0. 97%( n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reproducible. It can be used for determination of pulegon in Kangxun pills.
