摘要
目的观察银杏健脑片对实验动物神经、呼吸和心血管系统的影响,为临床研究和用药安全提供参考。方法采用灌胃给药方式观察银杏健脑片(0.25、0.5、1.0 g·kg^(-1))对小鼠自主活动和协调功能的影响,并观察银杏健脑片对小鼠戊巴比妥钠催眠剂量和催眠阈下剂量作用的影响;采用十二指肠给药方式观察银杏健脑片(50、158、500 mg·kg^(-1))对麻醉犬心率、血压、呼吸频率和呼吸幅度的影响。结果银杏健脑片对小鼠自主活动行为和协调功能无明显影响,对戊巴比妥钠催眠剂量和催眠阈下剂量的效果均无协同作用;对比格犬的心率、平均血压、呼吸频率和呼吸幅度均无明显影响。结论银杏健脑片对实验动物中枢神经系统、心血管系统和呼吸系统均无明显影响。
Objective To observe the effect of Yinxing Jiannao pills on the nervous system,cardiovascular system and respiratory system of experimental animals so as to provide evidence for further clinical research and safe medication. Methods The effect of Yinxing Jiannao pills( 0. 25 、0. 5、1. 0 g·kg^-1) on spontaneous activities,coordinated motion,and sleep at the threshold dose or subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium in mice after intragastric administration was observed. The impact of the pills( 50、158、500 mg·kg^-1) on heart rate,blood pressure,breathing frequency and breathing extent in dogs after duodenal administration was also observed. Results Yinxing Jiannao pills had no obvious effect on spontaneous activities,coordinated movements or sleeping duration at the subthreshold dose or subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium in mice. These pills had no side effects on heart rate,blood pressure,breathing frequency or breathing extent in dogs. Conclusion Yinxing Jiannao pills have no obvious effect on the central nervous,cardiovascular and respiratory systems in experimental animals.
