摘要
最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、公安部、国家安全部、司法部10月上旬联合印发《关於推进以审判为中心的刑事诉讼制度改革的意见》，旨在改革完善刑事诉讼制度，充分发挥审判尤其是庭审在查明事实、认定证据、保护诉权、公正裁判中的作用，切实维护司法公正、防止冤假错案。
The Guideline on Advancing Criminal Procedure Reform with Court Trial at the Core jointly released by the Supreme People＇s Court and Procuratorate, the Ministries of Public Security, State Security and Justice in early October seeks to improve criminal procedure by exerting the court＇s role in fact finding, identifying evidence, protecting rights and impartial judgment in a bid to insure judicatory impartiality and reduce wrong convictions.
