摘要
就『两高三部』印发的《关于推进以审判为中心的刑事诉讼制度改革的意见》，公安部法制局副局长李文胜接受本刊记者采访时说，建立以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革，不仅对庭审提出要求，同时强调公检法三机关的办案活动都要围绕法庭审判进行，要求从刑事诉讼的源头，从侦查环节开始。
Concerning the ＂Opinions on promoting trial centred reform of the criminal lawsuit system＂, jointly issued by the Supreme People＇s Court, the Supreme People＇s Procuratorate, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of State Security and Ministry of Justice, Li Wensheng, deputy director of Bureau of the Legislative Affairs of Ministry of Public Security, said that to set up a trial centred criminal lawsuit system not only imposes requirements for court trials, but also highlights the necessity for the case handling activities of the public security organ.
