为贯彻落实国务院批准的《内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》、《内地与澳门关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》补充协议八，《内地与香港关于立更紧密经贸关系的安排》服务贸易协定、《内地与澳门关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》服务贸易协定的规定，根据司法部授权。

To implement the eighth supplementary agreement of Arrangement about How to Establish Closer Economic Partnership between Mainland and Hong Kong and the Arrangement about How to Establish Closer Economic Partnership between Mainland and Macao approved by the State Council, service trade agreements of Arrangement about How to Establish Closer Economic Partnership among Mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao, entitled by the Ministry of Justice Authority.
