大型火电厂烟气脱硝尿素区和SCR区控制系统研究

摘要 随着社会的发展,我国对氮氧化物的排放量做了严格的规定,除了采用低NO_x燃烧器外,燃煤电厂烟气脱硝系统也不断增加。根据目前较流行的还原剂选择方法,对尿素区水解系统和SCR区的控制系统及仪表设定进行了分析,对整个脱硝系统进行了全面的介绍,对今后燃煤电厂脱硝系统仪控设计提出了一些建议。 With the development of the society, strict regulations of NO_x emission have been made in our countries. In addition used low NO_x burner, researches on the system of denitrification has also been made in the coal-fired power plant. Based on different selection of reductant, several control systems and instruments setting included urea hydrolysis and selective catalytic reduction were analyzed. The whole flue gas denitrification system was introduced, some suggestions for the design of instrument and control system of flue gas denitrification were made.
