摘要
在火电深度调峰、竞价上网大背景下,热电联产汽轮机组热力性能的实时监测尤为重要。提出"在线热力性能试验"的概念,采用热平衡法计算供热机组热力性能,重点对低压缸排汽焓的在线计算进行探讨,并对某供热机组实例进行计算分析,结果表明采用的计算方法误差较小,在线热力性能试验可以为提高机组的经济性提供更及时准确的信息。
Under the background of deep power peak regulation and electricity bidding, real-time supervision on the thermal performance of cogeneration unit is of great importance. ‘On-line thermal performance test' is put forward and heat balance method is used for calculation in this paper. The calculation on exhaust enthalpy in low pressure cylinder is the key point in the analysis. The result of the analysis of an example shows that calculation can cause little error under this method and on-line thermal performance test of cogeneration unit could provide accurate information in time.
