摘要
采用烟气循环流化床半干法脱硫工艺和布袋除尘器除尘工艺,对2台35 t/h循环流化床锅炉进行脱硫除尘技改,SO_2和粉尘的设计排放浓度分别低于100 mg/Nm^3和30 mg/Nm^3,脱硫和除尘效率分别大于96%和99.9%。技改项目实施后,预计每年可以减少SO_2排放和粉尘排放1720 kg和86 kg,对改善当地的环境状况有重要意义。
The circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization and bag filter were designed on the retrofit of two 35 t/h CFB boilers, with SO2 and dust emissions lower than 100 mg/Nm^3 and 30 mg/Nm^3, and the desulfurization rate and the dedust rate higher than 96% and 99.9%, respectively. After this retrofit, about 1720 kg SO2 and 86 kg dust emission from the two boilers will be reduced, which will improve the local air quality.
