摘要 对脱硝超低排放机组进行性能评估与分析,可为超低排放形势下燃煤机组SCR烟气脱硝装置的稳定、高效、经济运行提供借鉴及指导。以已实现脱硝超低排放的某350 MW燃煤机组SCR脱硝装置为例,研究了该脱硝装置的脱硝效率、进出口NO_x浓度分布、出口速度分布、氨逃逸、系统阻力、运行烟温等运行参数,掌握了此台机组脱硝装置主要性能。试验结果表明,该SCR脱硝装置整体性能良好,但存在流场不均、飞灰堵塞、低负荷烟温较低等问题,并相应提出了意见及建议。 Denitration ultra-low emissions units for performance evaluation and analysis of coal-fired units for ultra-low emission situation of SCR flue gas denitration device of reference and guidance for the stable, efficient and economic operation. In the implemented denitration ultra-low emissions of a 350 MW coal-fired units SCR denitration device as an example, studied the denitration device of denitration efficiency, engaged in the export of NO_x concentration distribution, velocity distribution, ammonia escape, system resistance, operating parameters, such as smoke temperature, master the denitration device for the units of the main performance. The test results show that the SCR denitration device overall performance is good, but there is uneven flow field, fly ash clogging, low load smoke temperature is low, and put forward the corresponding opinions and Suggestions.
