摘要
对于燃用高硫无烟煤的300 MW CFB锅炉,安装飞灰再循环装置后,可以有效降低锅炉的飞灰含碳量,提高锅炉效率,提高炉内脱硫的石灰石利用率,降低石灰石的耗量。设计计算表明,飞灰再循环技术每年可以节省燃煤费用600万元,节省石灰石费用1040万元,经济效益显著。
Fly ash recirculating system was equipped on a 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler burning high sulfur anthracite. The unburned carbon content in the fly ash decreased significantly, leading to a higher boiler efficiency. The limestone utilization rate of the in-furnace desulfurization increased, leading to lower limestone consumption. With the fly ash recirculation, 6 million coal cost and 10.4 million limestone cost can be saved.
