以"一带一路"战略为背景,从"一带一路"沿线国家及地区吸引外资情况、电力竞争格局、主要大国在该地区的资源竞争战略等视角进行分析,并针对分析结果提出了我国在"一带一路"地区实施电力投资战略的启示。

Based on the background of the strategy of ＂One Belt and One Road＂, the countries and regions＇ situation along this area including attracting foreign investment, landscape of power competition and resource competition strategy in the region is analyzed. According to the results of analysis, the strategy of electric power investment is proposed.
