蛋白酶活化受体1促进脑卒中后血管新生作用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脑卒中是以脑循环障碍所致的局限性或全面性脑功能缺损为主要症状的急性脑血管病。血管新生能促进脑卒中后神经元存活,对改善患者神经功能缺损及卒中后生存质量意义重大。蛋白酶活化受体1(PAR1)是一种存在于多个系统的特殊的G蛋白偶联受体,通过调节细胞内信号通路参与血管再生、炎症、肿瘤生长及转移等病理过程。PAR1激活后可通过增加促血管生成因子水平,如缺氧诱导因子1α、血管内皮生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶等,诱导脑卒中后血管新生,促进脑卒中后神经功能恢复。本研究对蛋白酶活化受体1促进脑卒中后血管新生作用的研究进展进行综述。
