丝绸之路经济带与欧亚经济联盟对接面临的挑战及应对

Challenges and Countermeasures for the Cooperation of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Eurasian Economic Union

丝绸之路经济带和欧亚经济联盟是分别由中俄两国提出的经济发展战略,二者的对接意义重大。2015年5月8日,中俄两国共同签署了《中华人民共和国与俄罗斯联邦关于丝绸之路经济带建设和欧亚经济联盟建设对接合作的联合声明》,这标志着二者对接合作的开始。虽然二者合作前景广阔,但是由于欧亚经济联盟的发展充满变数和欧亚地区国际局势风云变幻,双方在对接过程中会面临一些风险,中国应该充分考虑面临的挑战,并做好应对措施,提高应对风险的能力,避免这些不利的因素影响到丝绸之路经济带与欧亚经济联盟的对接。

Both the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Eurasian Economic Union are the important economic development strategies,which are proposed by China and Russia.On May 8, 2015, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a joint statement of the People＇s Republic of China and the Russian Federation on the cooperation of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Eurasian Economic Union, which marked the beginning of these two strategies.Although the cooperation has broad prospects, owing to the uncertain development of Eurasian Economic Union and the changeable situation in Eurasia,the two sides will face some risks.China should give full consideration to the potential risks and improve the ability to deal with risks to avoid the unfavorable factors hindering the cooperation of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Eurasian Economic Union.
