研究东莞高校教师队伍构成的变化,不仅是东莞高校审视自身发展现状和趋势的需要,也是东莞这座城市以战略性发展视域推广城市形象走向国际化的要求。本文首先从国际语言环境对城市形象推广的影响进行分析,然后深入探讨和挖掘东莞高校外教群体与城市形象推广之间的关系,最后提出了一系列建议和策略,希望能给东莞城市的决策层和管理层在研究东莞国际化城市建设和进一步推广、提升东莞城市对外形象方面提供参考。

The change of teachers team in Dongguan colleges and universities, not only is the present situation and the trend in Dongguan＇ s development of higher education institutions, colleges and universities, but also the requirements of the city＇ s strategic development to promote city image and internationalization.
