绿色发展是更加积极的、以人为本的可持续发展方式,是可持续发展理念下更为深入的人与自然和谐相处的自然观。生态文明思想与绿色发展理念具有相同的发展目标,都是为了社会的可持续发展,具有相似的发展方式,都是以绿色的理念来引导人们的生产和消费环节。但生态文明是一个社会长期发展的目标,是一种文化形态和最终社会发展的状态,而绿色发展则更倾向于作为一种社会发展的方式或模式来指导社会的健康发展,以一种方法论的形态出现在社会发展的全过程。"美丽中国"是中国共产党又一次向世界展示了党的时代性和先进性,把绿色发展理念融入到造福子孙万代的中国特色社会主义的发展道路之中,是引领中国大步向前的又一重要举措。

Green development concept is a sustainable development concept by positive and people-oriented way, and a view of nature in which the human being and the nature live in harmony. Both ecological civilization concept and the green development concept have common goals for the sustainable development of the society, and the similar development manners to guide the production and consumption of people by the green development concept. However, ecological civilization is a long-term goal of social development, a kind of cultural form and a final state of social development, whereas green development concept tends to guide the healthy social development as a way or pattern of the social development, and as a kind of methodology form in the process of social development. ＂Beautiful China＂ demonstrates that the Communist Party of China shows the epochal character and progressiveness of party to the world once again, putting the green development concept into the Chinese characteristics socialism development path, which is another important measure leading China＇s striding forward.
