摘要
为了解决某实车单级气体发生器安全气囊在汽车正碰过程中对乘客保护效果不佳的问题,提出了采用双级气体发生器安全气囊的改进措施,以实车正碰试验数据为基础,利用MADYMO软件建立驾驶员侧的正面碰撞仿真模型,并进行了有效验证,通过对2种仿真模型的求解及分析对比,得出双级气体发生器安全气囊对碰撞中的乘员保护效果优于单级气体发生器安全气囊,提升了该车乘员的安全性,同时也为研发部门提供了一种设计的理论依据。
In this paper, the improvement measures for dual-stage muno-slage one's bad protective effect in vehicle frontal crash test. gas generator airbag proposed aimed at the question of Based on the vehicle frontal crash test data, the frontal crash sinmlation model in the side of driver is tmilt up and verified by MADYMO software. It shows that the dual-stage gas generator airhag is better than tile mono-stage gas generator airbag for the passenger's protection in the crash through analyzing and comparing 2 kinds of the simulation ,nodels, improving the safety of passengers, at the same time providing the theoretical basis for the desigu of airhag.
