Road Noise Optimization of an Electric Vehicle Model

摘要 通过主观评价及LMS设备测试,确定某自主品牌电动汽车匀速工况下存在路噪大的问题。依据TPA分析方法,分别从源、路径及响应3个方面对整车路噪问题进行分析优化。依据测试数据针对轮胎、悬架及车身提出优化方案并分别进行方案验证。利用整车3D仿真分析模型进行优化以缩短周期和降低成本。依据各方案验证结果确定最终方案,实车测试结果显示,采用最终方案后路噪声压级降低10 dB,主观评价样车车内噪声有明显降低,与标杆车型达到同一水平。 Through subjective evaluation and LMS testing, an independent brand electric vehicle has a problem of road noise that is created at a constant speed. According to TPA, the road noise is analyzed and optimized fro,n three aspects of source, path and response. Based on the test data, aimed at tire, suspension and body, the optinmm scheme is put forward and the sehe,ne is verified separately by test and simulation. Using 3D simulation model to shorten the cycle and reduce the cost. On the basis of the verification results to determine the final plan. The test data show that road noise has reduced 10 dB, the interior noise for the prototype vehicle has been reduced significantly and the vehicle achieved the same level compared with benchmarking vehicle.
