摘要
当前主流车企采用相同的整车架构进行不同车型开发的策略,会造成在低要求地区或车型上的设计冗余。为了避免这种现象,尽可能地降低产品的成本,架构就需要有一定的可变性,即车身架构的柔性。通过对架构开发中涉及的性能带宽、尺寸带宽和工艺带宽的分析和研究,阐述了车身架构的柔性概念。车型开发过程中运用柔性概念,可以有效地控制设计质量,降低开发成本,提升产品竞争力。
Developing several vehicles on one type architecture will cause cost redundancy on low requirement vehicles. The product cost is reduced as low as possible to avoid such status, the body architecture should be flexible. This paper introduces the concept of the flexible architecture by analyzing and studying the performance bandwidth, dimension bandwidth and process bandwidth during the development of architecture. The "flexible" concept can help to control the design quality, reduce the product cost and improve the competition ability during the development process.
