2015年石家庄市某院介入放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果分析

Analysis of individual doses of interventional radiation workers in a hospital in Shijiazhuang,2015

目的分析石家庄市某三甲医院介入工作人员2015年度外照射个人剂量监测水平,为进一步做好放射防护工作提供参考依据。方法使用Li F（Mg,Cu,P）热释光剂量计（TLD）定期监测,并使用SPSS软件进行处理分析,依据国家有关法律法规和技术标准进行评价。结果 2015年间某院介入放射工作人员的年有效剂量为0.26-5.26 m Sv/a,其中内科介入放射工作人员的年均有效剂量最高,为0.83 m Sv/a;某院94.3%-98.8%介入工作人员的年有效剂量〈1 m Sv/a,剂量水平低于2015年石家庄三甲医院介入放射工作人员人年均剂量1.50 m Sv/a。结论某院剂量监测管理工作到位,但应加强重点科室放射操作管理及员工放射防护的教育与培训。

Objective To monitor the individual radiation doses of radiation workers in a hospital in 2015,provide a reference for further work on radiological protection. Methods Used Li F（ Mg,Cu,P） thermoluminescent dosimeter（ TLD） regularly monitored and analyzed using SPSS software for processing,according to relevant national laws and regulations and technical standards for evaluation. Results The mean annual personal effective doses ranged from 0. 26 m Sv / a to 5. 26 m Sv / a during the2015. The highest mean annual effective dose was found in the medical interventional radiological workers（ 0. 83 m Sv / a）,and less than 1 m Sv / a accounted for 94. 3% - 98. 8%; The mean effective dose in the medical institution is below the average level of 2015（ 1. 50 m Sv / a）. Conclusion The majority doses level of radiation workers in the hospital is low and their working environment is safe. Indeed,the formal operation management and education on radiation protection should be emphasized in future.
