“蝴蝶效应”下公安微博舆论引导策略研究

移动互联网时代的急速发展,使网络舆论环境发生了重大而深刻的变化,进一步加强和提高虚拟网络社会的管理能力,健全和完善网络舆论引导机制,成为公安机关管理创新的重要目标。日渐勃发的"公安微博"正成为与公众沟通交流的"时尚"互动平台。针对"公安微博"现存的发布不及时、发文失真、信息表达模糊等问题,公安机关应针对"蝴蝶效应"下网络舆论在潜伏期、爆发期、蔓延期和衰退期这四个时期的特点,有针对性地、高效地、及时地运用公安微博等官方微博进行舆论引导。

With the rapid development of the Internet, great and profound changes have taken place in the network public opinion environment. Public security organs have to further strengthen and improve the management ability of the virtual network society and construct and improve the mechanism of the network public opinion guide, which become the important goals of the management innovation for them. Public security microblog, which increasingly prospers, is becoming a ‘fashionable＇ interactive platform of public communication. According to the existing problems of ‘public security micro-blog＇, the public security organs should guide the public opinions in the official micro-blog pointedly, efficiently and timely by combining the characteristics of each period of the ‘Butterfly Effect＇.
