摘要
通过对糖甜菜三体的9种类型、栽培种的叶柄及叶片解剖结构观察看出,其组织结构基本相同,但在叶柄粗细、叶片厚度、栅栏组织、海绵组织厚度及叶肉组织排列的状态等方面,各三体类型之间、糖甜菜三体与二倍体甜菜间均存在着差异。这是由于附加了不同的染色体而引起的在表现型上的差异。有的特点也可作为鉴定三体类型的依据之一。
In this paper, we reported the anatomic structures of petiole and blade of trisomics which about 9 type of trisomics cultivars in sugarbeet. Their anatomic structures are alike, But thickness of petiole, blade, palisade tissue, spongy tissue, and permutations state of mesophyll tissue, etc, all exist difference among these trisomics and trisomics with diploid in sugar-beet. The result was that attaching different chromosomes caused differences in the phenotype, some characteristics are regarded as one of basis for appraising trisomics.
