摘要
目的探讨本科护生《社区护理学》实践教学基于需求导向理论的应用效果。方法选取某大学2013级本科护生197名,以班级为单位分组,观察组班级共98名,对照组班级共99名。在《社区护理学》实践教学中,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用基于需求导向理论的教学模式。评价2组本科护生自我效能感和自主学习能力。结果干预后观察组本科护生自我效能感条目均分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组本科护生学习目的、自主约束力、学习协作能力及自主学习能力总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生的自我效能感与自主学习能力中学习目的、自主约束力、总分存在显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论基于需求导向理论《社区护理学》实践教学,能够提高本科护生自我效能感水平,提高护生的自主学习能力具有积极的促进作用,值得护理教育者借鉴使用。
Objective To explore the practical teaching effect of Community Nursing for undergraduate nursing students based on demand-oriented theory. Methods Totally 197 nursing undergraduates in grade 2013 were divided into observation group( n=98)and control group(n=99). In the practice teaching of Community Nursing, traditional teaching mode was adopted in control group and teaching model based on demand-oriented theory in observation group. The self-efficacy and self-learning ability of two groups of were evaluated. Results After the teaching intervention, the average score of self-efficacy of observation group were higher than that of control group(P〈0.05); the total score of learning objectives, self-discipline, cooperative learning ability and self-learning ability of observation group were higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). There was significantly positive correlation between self-efficacy and self-learning ability(learning objectives, self-discipline and total score) in observation group( P〈0.01). Conclusion The practice teaching of Community Nursing based on demand-oriented theory can improve the self-efficacy and self-learning ability of nursing students actively. It is worth to be promoted among nursing educators.
