日益组织化职业化的"号贩子"群体长期霸占医院重点科室的专家号,严重危害了医疗机构的正常秩序,引起巨大的舆论关注,损害了各级医疗卫生机构的形象。"号贩子"问题反映了我国医疗供需体制的失衡,是"看病难"问题的一个集中体现。解决这一问题,既要在制度化层面上下功夫,更需深化医疗供给侧改革,建立稳定有序的就医环境。

The increasingly organized professional groups of ＂ticket scalpers＂ have long dominated the tickets to see expert doctors in hospital key departments, and have seriously harmed the normal order of the medical institutions, and have caused great public concern, and have jeopardized the image of medical and health institutions at all lev- els.
