摘要
目的探讨胃肠肿瘤术后化疗患者的营养状况和对化疗不良反应的影响。方法选取2013年6月至2014年6月间辽宁省朝阳市中心医院收治的胃肠肿瘤术后化疗患者90例,采用主观综合营养评价法(SGA)评估患者的营养状况,观察患者的营养状况对生活质量和化疗不良反应的影响。结果手术后营养状况良好者26例(28.9%),营养不良者64例(71.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量在营养状况良好患者与营养不良患者间存在差异性,但化疗不良反应方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手术后化疗患者多数存在营养不良,营养状况可影响胃肠肿瘤术后化疗患者的生活质量,应重视对患者的营养评价,提供个性化护理,改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate nutritional status in patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy for gastrointestinal cancer and its effect on adverse reactions. Methods From June 2013 to June2014,90 patients with gastrointestinal cancer undergoing chemotherapy at Chaoyang Central Hospital were enrolled in the study. Subjectiveglobal assessment( SGA) was used to assess nutritional status in patients,and effect of nutritional status on quality of life and adverse reactions to chemotherapy were observed.Results After the surgery,26 patients had good nutrition status( 28. 9%),64 patients had poor nutrition status( 71. 1%)( P〈0. 05). There were differences in quality of life between well-nourished patients and malnourished patients but the adverse reaction to chemotherapy showed no difference( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Malnutrition exist in the majority of patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy,and nutritional status has an effect on quality of life in patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy for gastrointestinal cancer. Therefore,attention should be paid to nutritional assessment to provide personalized care and improve quality of life for these patients.
