摘要
[目的]调查安徽省面制食品中铝污染状况,并对安徽居民粮食制品安全风险进行评估。[方法]随机抽取安徽省面制食品,按照国家标准方法 GB/T 23374-2009检测铝的含量并对其质量状况进行分析。[结果]2015年共检测样品1 141份,铝含量的均值为23.51mg/kg,其中不合格80组,合格1 061组,不合格率为7%。[结论]目前安徽省居民面制食品的铝不合格率偏高,存在安全风险。需要切实加强面制食品的监督管理,降低面制食品中铝含量。
[Objective]The aim was to investigate the aluminum pollution condition in wheat flour in Anhui Province, and assess the grain products security risks in Anhui. [Method] The content of aluminum in wheat flour food in Anhui Province in a random sample was tested, with method according to the national standard GB/T 23374-2009, and the quality was analyzed. [Result] The results showed that the mean of aluminium content was 23.51 mg/kg, with a total of 1 141 samples, in 2015. Among them, unqualified 80 groups, 1 061 groups of qualified, and percent of pass was 7%. [Conclusion] At present, the aluminum fraction of wheat flour food in Anhui Province was on the high side residents, with a security risk, so need to trengthen the supervision and management of wheat flour food, reduce aluminum ontent of wheat flour food.
